I found out that I couldn’t have gluten when I was 12 years old, living in a small town in MO where it was nearly impossible to find rice noodles, much less any safe treat options. I was lucky to have a stepfather who was willing to travel for ingredients to make things from scratch, and a mother who would bake for me.

Now, I live in South Central KS with my boyfriend and three cats- Eris, Orion and Binx. I do my own baking for myself and others who also struggle to find food that is safe for them to eat. I am never more than a text or email away from providing delicious treats for you and your friends and family.

Due to my personal allergies, all of my products are 100% gluten free, mostly dairy free, and can be made without nuts (although I do not have a nut free kitchen at this time). I will do my best to accommodate any additional sensitivities, but there is a risk of cross contamination.
